PvE Destro/ds Shadowbolt spec:

This spec depends entirely on crits, so it will perform extremely well in most tiers of content (t4, t5, and t6). It will always be necessary to have at least 1 warlock in the raid with Improved Shadowbolt for the debuff.

PvE Destro/ds Incinerate spec:

This spec scales better with haste and raw spell damage, so it will perform best in the later tiers of content (t6 and sunwell). However, if there is already a Shadowbolt spec lock in the raid, this spec will always at least keep up with them in dps through all tiers of content.

PvE Unstable Affliction spec:

It's always nice to have a deep affliction lock in the raid for Shadow Embrace, but affliction doesn't scale well with gear. The only tier of content that affliction dps doesn't suffer is t4, and that's simply because there's plenty of spell damage and not much crit.

PvE Affliction/ruin spec:

A deep affliction spec that counteracts poor gear scaling, but should only be used when you reach high crit levels to ensure that you're getting the full benefit of Ruin. This spec can provide competitive dps in t5 and t6, and is a good upgrade from the previous spec for those tiers of content.

Not high in dps, but can provide decent utility for certain raids (ZA for example) by having a decent off-tank as a pet. This is not a viable 25 man raid spec, but can perform well for 5 mans and 10 mans. The spec scales very good with raw spell damage as well as crit.
